North Region - Sipsey Wilderness
A waterfall towers above a cave near the end of Trail #202 (the Johnson Cemetery Trail).
If you plan on doing a loop hike from the Johnson Cemetery Trail to the Sipsey River Trail (209) , then back to the parking area on trail #201, plan on fording the icy-cold Sipsey a couple of times.
It's wildflower heaven during the spring and summer along the trails of the Sipsey Wilderness.
